MIUI V9.0.3.0.NCFMIEI OS update for Xiaomi Note 4

Today when I checked the OS update version for my Xiaomi Note 4 it showed the stable 1.3 Giga bytes version of MIUI V9.0.3.0.NCFMIEI.

But the only problem is I couldn't see any change log or any review over internet on this. 

It was said in a post that the MIUI 9 will be out on Nov 3 Friday for the below Xiaomi devices but I could see one day before the actual date.

Mi MIX 2, Mi Note 3, Mi 6, Mi Max 2, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 4X, Redmi Note 5A, Redmi 4, Redmi 4X, Redmi Y1, Redmi Y1 Lite, Mi MIX, Mi Note 2, Mi 5, Mi 5s, Mi 5s Plus, Mi Max, Mi Max Prime, Redmi Note 3, Redmi 3, Redmi 3S, Redmi 3S Prime, Redmi 4, Redmi 4A, Mi Note, Mi 4i, Redmi 2, Redmi 2 Prime, Redmi Note 4G Prime, Redmi Note 2, Mi 4, Redmi Note 4G, Mi 3, Mi 2.

Does anyone have the same update available to their devices? Any bug fixes list available? Please post it in the comment section to share with others.

But does anyone know if the RAM usage issue, Battery draining issue, sound filtering/truncating for loud sound recording issue has be resolved or not?
